Satan tries to mislead humans, turning the truth to worldly deception. This is as stated in the Al-Quran surah Al-Hijr verses 39-40.

Satan responded, “My Lord! For allowing me to stray I will surely place them on earth and mislead them all together, except Your chosen servants among them.”

I illustrate this with the road to the mosque being turned the other way by worldly lures. In fact, the hallway that Satan showed was only filled with hot fire.
